Over 40 years ago when I started in construction, my goal was simple: to build quality homes under my own name. Every step of my career was intentional—each role chosen to gain the hands-on experience and leadership skills needed to do it right.

Over the years, I’ve worked in every phase of home construction. I’ve owned my own company, worked with regional and national builders, partnered with custom builders, and built homes for hundreds of homeowners. This broad experience allows me to combine proven construction and management practices with the personal, one-on-one relationship that homeowners often only find with a small, dedicated builder.
