Semi-Custom Homes

Semi-custom homes are generally built using my plans and specifications. These are homes I have built or will build numerous times. Although the buyer still makes some of the selections, it's a little more limited. With these, I generally offer pre-set electrical and plumbing packages and allowances for things such as cabinets and tops. This allows me to be more cost effective. Any home can have custom features, but the overall design has limits to what changes can be made.
