Ken constructs high quality custom and semi-custom homes on the Tidewater Peninsula. With more than thirty-five years of experience in the construction business, Ken Schultz has established himself as a builder of exceptionally well-built homes, with attention to detail being a top priority.
“Quality isn’t something that can be added when a home is complete…it must be built in during each phase of construction,” states Ken. Utilizing his extensive experience and his ability to work with people at all levels, Ken is able to obtain the best combination of craftsmen and materials, ensuring each home he builds meets his tough standards for quality and sound building principles. This was demonstrated when he competed for the first time against other local builders in the Dream Home Tour. Ken was honored with the Gold award, representing first place in his price category.
Ken is married to Allison and has four beautiful daughters. They love spending time together and often you'll find them boating or enjoying the outdoors.
