The custom homes I build are one time builds. The buyer provides the plans or we work with them to develop a plan that suites their needs. All specifications are agreed to prior to starting. The buyer makes all selections, such as plumbing and electrical fixtures, trim, cabinets, and flooring. Check out previous custom homes below!
